Free haircuts and styles in partnership with Minwaashin Lodge - Aboriginal Women's Support Centre to service the youth of the Overbrook, Vanier and surrounding communities. We start off with a community feast, and then haircuts and styles in accordance to cultural beliefs and values. Each youth and family will be given the option of keeping their hair for their own approach of disposal.

Join us for a free haircutting event! This event is open only to families known to Minwaashin Lodge, Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health, Tungasuvvingat Inuit, and the Ottawa Children's Inuit Centre.
